Let me start with the fact that we have a very unusual roof. We had sought help from some larger roofers in our area, and they would not even touch it. Kasey was willing to take it on. There are 14 "skylights" on the roof. We were having leaks and Kasey thought he knew where the problem was occurring and how to fix it. The first time, it didn't go as planned and during a heavy rain, well, let's just say it leaked, more than it did to start with. We also discovered that two panes of glass in the 'skylights' had been cracked while removing some very stubborn flashing. Kasey came out right away to go over what the problems were. He then personally got up on the roof and fixed the problem. He said that his crew had not followed his instructions properly, but he got it done for us. We worked out a solution to the broken glass issue. But we were still having some issues with leaking around the 'skylights'. After further investigation, he found that the wood holding the 'skylights' in place was rotted. Unfortunately, replacing this wood is outside the scope of his expertise. Kasey was responsive to our calls. He addressed the issues immediately. He never tried to blame things on our crazy roof design. If it had not been for him, we would not have known about the rotted wood (it was not visible without removing some of the covering.) Yes, panes of glass were broken, but he immediately offered a solution to the problem. In addition, he applied what we hope will be a temporary fix to our leaking 'skylight' issue. We will absolutely use his services again in the future, should the need arise. I highly recommend this young man and his company.
